Best way of cooking eggs for breakfasting?

How is it you purchase eggs out of the supermarket not chilled - yet on the box it advises you to keep refrigerated?
I got told this ruins the eggs as it turns them to water & takes the goodness out of the egg ?
 
Eggs are brilliant, versatile, and the bedrock of many styles of good breakfast imho.

What's your favourite way of cooking them? Do you do anything particularly funky with them to change things up?

GOT wants to hear about your egg habits and judge you accordingly.

Ps I'm all I'm on scrambled eggs with mushrooms on toast. Maybe add in a cherry grate of cheese. Breakfast of kings.

I think its because the temperature in our kitchens tend to change with cooking etc so they advise us to keep them in the fridge so they stay at a cool temperature

Agree totally with the above, eggs any which way.
Just started having the odd one done in the air fryer, superb.
If scrambling I do in a glass jug and microwave.
