No, indeed. But surely they must be warned about the dangers of the world they inhabit, and that they will always be a target for stuff like this.

That being said, I am leaping to 2 massive assumptions;

1. He did it, and

2. It was not a "pervy" thing, more that he didnt know/realise the girl was underage.

Both of which, of course, could be wrong.
