Just noticed on RAWK that some supporter's organisation (and I use both of those words loosely) is doing a donation thing, asking people to donate £500 (yep, five hundred, I didn't stick two zeros on there by accident) to help buy a stake in the club.

Did some maths.

They say they're aiming for a 10% stake, H&G currently value the club at £800 million, so these people need to come up with £80 million to buy that 10%. That works out at 160,000 people donating £500 each.

Ignore that dilemma, and you then have to consider the fact that H&G have no interest whatsoever in selling part of the shares, they want rid of the whole thing.

Ignore that dilemma also, and these muppets would still be left with a small minority share in the club, so would have no power to do anything anyway.

And even if we ignore ALL OF THAT, if they DID have power, what the hell are they going to do with it anyway? All one-hundred-and-sixty-thousand of them chip in a tenner a week to pay the wages? Everyone coughs up another £200 every summer for a transfer budget? Everyone pops a pound a day into a box outside Anfield to cover the debt interest?

Yet, as far as I know, they're just about at the point where they're going to start taking donations from people.

Is this some ploy of Kenwright's to boost our transfer budget!?

I think you've seen the majority of people condemn the idiotic behaviour of those people Mr TX Bill. I'd echo that regarding that Gulf protestor however, he didn't earn the right to do that to the British flag either.... Not only Americans have died TX BILL - see below. So doing this to either flag is outrageous behaviour.
