If they agreed to the recall you would expect the loan fee to be refunded. But once they pay a loan fee I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be able to enforce a recall on them. If it was the other way round and we had paid a loan fee for, say a Chelsea player, as a fan I wouldn't be happy if Chelsea were allowed to incorporate a recall clause.
