Yeah it was crap but we’ve got no players fit.

We’ve a full team out injured.

But this is what needs to be looked at Groucho mate.

We can't keep just shrugging our shoulders. Or we'll never get anywhere.

I mean, I don't think we play massively differently if we have DCL or Allan fit tonight, which is a worry (we are a very poor footballing side), but just like we need better players, we clearly need better people taking care of them and I think it's evidently clear from the amount of knocks we get in training, or strains that are picked up in games but then trained on, that something needs to be changed in that sense too.

If we don't do that, we'll never get anywhere.

Seamus is right. If we had performed at home against the likes of Fulham, Newcastle, Burnley etc. A draw away at Brighton isn't terrible. However. We didn't

Really was a pitiful display but it was completely expected seeing the starting line up and bench. I've seen a few people in here complaining about a lack of effort from the players but I don't think that was the case at all. We put a tonne of effort into our defending but because of our personnel and formation we just don't have it in us to build progressive attacks from the back. We just aren't a good team with the players we have available. If this collection Was our team all season we'd definitely be in the bottom half. Absolutely no side in the league would look good with the amount of injuries we've suffered, it really has killed our season.

The main thing that disappointed me today is that Carlo didn't use the opportunity of Mina's injury to go 4 at the back and more adventurous in midfield. He clearly has such a lack of faith in the likes of Davies, James, Iwobi and Sigurdsson to defend without that added insurance behind them. His caution is probably justified but to get totally outplayed by Brighton was very poor. You can tell why Brighton are were they are, easy on the eye and some neat footballers but completely toothless.

Just listened again to Carlo's post match interview. Says - " We have some important games coming up" Christ !! That's about seventy times ive heard that phrase since the first kick of the season. Winds me up more than other phrases some managers use like " In this moment "
