I dont mind Brighton, put up with a lot of crap over the years with owners, councils messing them about,Hughton seems a decent fella, but its a game Id expect us to get something from

Arrive at Brighton station no later than one and a quarter hours before KO. Any later and there is a serous risk of missing the KO if the trains are running OK. Earlier trains will have got the queues down to about a thousand but they rapidly build up. Half an hour queuing at Brighton station, as full trains leave. Sardines. Move up the train is quicker as the 12 coach train does not fit into Falmer station and it is easier to get off in the front 8 coaches. Trains is best.

Not sure where you got this info bud. It’s not true. You could arrive at Brighton station 45/30 mins before kick off and still make the kick off. There’s a full train service on Saturday and I can’t see it being sardines. A train every 10 minutes from the station and if it tailed back (which it won’t be) then walk down trafalgar street to St Peters church and get the number 25 bus to the universities. Drops you off a short walk to the ground. Can get a number 28,29 or 49 and it’ll get better you close but the 25 is ideal.

Hughton is a decent manager an she has put together a tidy team considering his normal funds, so while I think we will beat them, I think it will be a close game!

We really need to win this, need to follow these wins up.

Arsenal found it hard, this is not easy, but our new and top players need to stepnup and take the win.

I'm reasonably confident for this game, but my biggest concerns are when we meet one of the top teams again, I'm so fed up with us just rolling over for them time and time again. Lately it's got a lot worse in Moyes days I was at least confident we had an out side chance of a win and a good chance of a draw, but even when we lost I didn't feel to downbeat, but nowadays most of our results against the big boys are awful. The other day It wasn't so much Spurs being good it was us being very bad.

A much much much much tougher game than Burnley.. These just drew with a very very very good arsenal.

I don't know what to think..

Plus it's Glenn Murray Central.... Hmmmmm

Brighton do have a good home record, but they ended a run of three defeats with a draw at home to an under-strength Arsenal. And Ryan, their goalkeeper, was Man of the Match. That isn't particularly impressive.

Team selection will be tricky, especially if Gana and Gomes are doubtful. We could go for three points here - but should keep something in reserve for the home game against an improving Leicester.

I've been impressed with their goalie, Ryan, so not bad for us that he's off to the Asia cup. Hit them hard early, creating space for Bernard and Sigurdsson.

Shame that Dunk is back from suspension him and Duffy have a decent grock partnership and are always threats from set pieces.

Going to say 2-2 but hoping for 2-1 win
