One of those games where we just need to come away with a plucky point given the circumstances/lack of options on the bench.

3 points against Potterball and Benny deserves a mural on the side of Goodison.

I’m disappointed in you. I thought you were above that goading crap. :-p

If Luis Diaz sees this lineup then he may not ever want to come to Everton.

I’m not surprised no seeing James in the lineup or bench but where in the heck is Mina and Godfrey?

Haha you’re championing a plucky point against Potters Brighton?

Not with the “Rafatollah” at the helm, surely?!

The same Brighton who are above us and who everyone was gagging for their manager to come in and turn us into xG Man City?

We have 2 keepers and a bunch of kids on the bench and the disaster duo of Holgate & Keane at the back who can't go a game together without making a vital mistake.

We'll be fortunate to get anything today truth be told.

That's a bench and a half. 2 sub keepers and we can still only put 8 out. Surely we can give a seat to one of the U23s. I mean, we don't have a single striker on the bench.

It does highlight the futility of keeping James away from the squad whilst looking for a new club. He may have been available on the bench today given the players missing. Also if Gordon is available now where was he in midweek given the lack of attacking players we had?

No Godfrey, Mina, Davies, Delph, Gbamme, James, Sigurdsson, Kean. We know 2 of those are on their way out and another isn't available UFN. It just shows how threadbare our squad is.

As he actually come out and said what's wrong with any of them?

The more concerning part of this isn’t even squad depth but that this is close to our best XI going forward.

Do we have anyone of quality to come into the front 6? We’ve got Gray and Townsend both starting here. Pretty grim watching us try to “compete” with squads like Chelsea & United where much better players only make the bench.

Gbamin is like that one person in work who calls in sick constantly with stupid lies

What's next the dog ate his homework
