Players break metatarsals all the time. It is a good time to get the injury(if there is any good time.
He should be back, rested after having the summer off, ready to start preseason in July.

A third injury in a row will possibly make clubs think twice about trying to sign him and yes I do believe there could be interest in signing him. He was hugely impressive before his leg break and he does still have Baines ahead of him for probably his best position.

A fit Oviedo would be a huge boost to our squad next season.

this basically. he was probably not going to play a part of any of the last 4 games anyway.

How unfortunate to pick up another injury. I find him to be an exciting player who has no problem putting in a shift. Wish him a speedy recovery, and hopefully he'll be back next season refreshed, fully fit, and raring to go.

I hope everton tell him to go away for a few weeks and do naff all. Give him a proper good rest and then get him back up to strength in pre-season. He's had a mare with injuries since his leg break, hopefully it's all passed him now.

He was excellent against Berne at their gaff, looked to have got himself back to the level before the injury, then he did himself,he needs a full injury free pre season and hopefully he is young enough to go again.

Should have kept Garbutt ahead of this guy.

The problem is Oviedo, who I believe is not any worse than our cuurent 3rd choice LB, is happy to be understudy of Baines whereas Garbutt might think he is ready to replace the 1st choice England LB at Everton.

Oviedo is boss.

I love him.

Garbutt can koff.
