Barry is banned for the League so if you are going to believe in squad rotation then you might as well play him in Europe and give Besic a rest for Sunday. Wouldn't be surprised to see Baines and Pienaar brought in on Sunday either.

Barkley and Naismith has never worked.

The worst thing about this season for me is looking at the team an hour before kick off and knowing it's gash. Martinez is making the same mistakes over and over again.

He works hard defensively. I understand your pain but in this game I can understand it.

Besic getting dropped is the one that annoys me but not because of Barry who I think is right for a big European away game. However I think we should have gone with the same midfield as against Liverpool. We just need to keep the tie tight, aim for a lucky win or a draw and get them back to Goodison.

However with both Kev and Barkley in the team we have two luxury players and that might leave us a bit open.

Naismith hasn't offered anything for a while now, that's what is frustrating. I think he's a good squad player for us, but needs a rest. He'll bring him off 50/60 minutes I think with Atsu coming off the bench.
