Smirks when asked why he took Gylfi off, and goes on about chances missed again, Appears that Pickford and Williams have been picked out at fault for the goals. Thanks For the end of a horrendous week Everton. The only bright spot was Cenk
Save Everton in ten easy steps...
1. Sack Walsh.
2. Sack Allardyce.
3. Sell Keane, Williams, Martina, Schneiderlin, Bolasie, Niasse.
4. Keep Pickford, Coleman, Holgate, Gueye, Sigurdsson, Walcott.
5. Get in a new DoF with a long term vision and install club philosophy which fits the expectations of the fans.
6. Appoint a new forward-thinking manager in keeping with the philosophy.
7. Bring in a new backline (save for Coleman).
8. Sign a winger, a creative midfielder and a striker.
9. Accept nothing less than 100% effort and commitment from the players.
10. Consider it a clean slate and start getting behind the team again as one.

Williams on that 2nd goal was about as indecisive bad defending as it gets, he's telling people to mark the goalscorer while he marks fresh air, if he'd done what he was telling others to do who had jobs they wouldn't have scored.Correctly so
Great post mate. Makes you wonder why the owner doesn’t know this.
Its "club philosophy" that has ruined us for the past four years.
