Whilst it's not great that it seems quite a few players are now down with covid it does help our injuries heal a little more. Let's just hope the covid we do & probably will have more of doesn't have the same impact that it had on Godfrey. That would be really bad. Half a squad who play at 60% thier current level which is already quite a low level then can only last 60 mins before being completely on thier asses. That would relegate us.

Interesting one this … when the fixture gets played, there may be several new faces in both sides following the transfer window.

In theory, we should be a better team with some reinforcements but it makes you wonder at the ethics

In all honestly, Burnley should be given the win.

Any team in the competition who claim they cant fulfil their fixture should forfeit.

That should be applicable to every team.
Dyche would deffo have targeted this game against us the form we’re in.

I do see your point.

Shows players getting the vaccine was pointless, that's why I haven't had any jabs.
Hospitals are full of the unvaccinated mate.

Whilst I am perfectly happy for the unvaccinated to write themselves out of the gene pool, I don’t see why hospital staff should put themselves at risk treating these idiots.

Unvaccinated PL players should not be paid if they get sick when there are vaccines that significantly reduce the risk of severe illness and transmission.

But then the Premier league becomes a league of who can survive covid best rather than who are the best teams at football.

Yeah that's the reason not to get it a load of supremely fit footballers (obviously i don't include Rondon in this) catching it. The reason to get it is so if you do catch it and you're vulnerable or come in contact with someone vulnerable neither you nor your contact will die because of it.

Yeah the vaccine limits the effects it can have, usually drastically

You’ll still get it but you won’t end up in hospital

Brainwashed. Ban smoking, that would protect the NHS

PL probably thought, it’s Everton, let it play, they never open their mouths, Benitez said it in exactly the right way and for once we stood up for ourselves.
