Nothing to do with the people I know mate so absolutely no idea, everton were apparently talking of almost a 'formality' after Friday but I'm not sure if that's still the feeling.

Fair doos mate. FIFA do seem to love stretching things out. How much experience of them has your friend had? Or am I asking to many questions? Am I? Am I?
FIFA will give their decision when they are ready,I don't believe they are interested in saving Evertons blushes by making their decision known at a time that suits the Everton.
