for those not in the know thats cheese, spam and hundreds & thousands. if it's a posh hotel theres nutella as well.

Can go for that every day of the week mate. Maybe that's why I really appreciate the old fasioned English breakfast. Always thoroughly enjoy it, when visiting England. Sadly, it's to much work to prepare it myself, before I'm off to work.

I like Jamie Oliver, he is entertaining and I think he is doing an honourable job in trying to change dietary habits.

The 66,000 pound 'fat' chair in the hospital was an eye opener, and the tax payer should probably look at why he's paying for medical treatment for morbidly obese people.

Good on ya Jamie, teach those pie eaters a lesson or two!!!!
