Can we end our away derby drought?

Regarding the pen, Sourness claimed that DCL stumbled so it shouldn’t have been given. However, if you look closely, you can see that he only did so as a sporting gesture to Arnold. If he’d continued his hurdle, he’d have gashed Arnold’s head with his studs.

I went to check out rawk today. Didnt find a single person who thought the pen was correctly given. Says a lot about that lot, you need to look hard and long for a more obvious pen.
I went over and the in match commentary was (mostly) one-eyed about every decision - foul, card etc

You sort of expect that, to a degree. I might bemoan the penalty from the point of view of the essentially poor law regarding penalties. It was a foul and you might say it was initiated by contact from Dom (he was the one moving forward with TAA grounded) but he was impeded. It's not nice to concede a penalty when your argument against it runs something like "what was he supposed to do". I guess my reaction is: if he's going to be in the way he has to play the ball or concede a penalty (excepting blocking him which is obstruction if the referee sees it that way).

We were no less incandescent when Keane caught Connolly's boot at Brighton. It's hard to take but I don't see how you can argue other than a penalty until the law changes to reflect the degree of intent (was it accidental? Perhaps, Perhaps not)

And more importantly it's right to be animated about a losing penalty. We were 1-0 up remember.
