Drinkers smell of drink.
I never said drinkers smell of piss. The places they frequent, and pass/piss through do. I never said you stink of piss, as you say. You will however smell of drink if you've had one.

This is fact. NOT me being sanctimonious.

And pot smokers and their surroundings smell of pot.

As I said, I just don't want to smell it myself. Fill yer boots, I'm not bothered.

It's true - it is, I've seen the research.

I never said it should be illegal though, although it should be regulated if made legal.

Having health probs at the mo and though id only had weed really infrequently before health probs, whenever i do get hold of some (which hasnt even been too often), it has helped alleviate the stress and discomfort immensely

I'd never particularly thought pot should be legal before this either tbh (if i wanted some - could easily get it anyway), but i'm almost beginning to think its cruel to deny it to people with worse afflictions than me.

My uncle has MS - I understand that it may have some benefits.

I wouldn't deny anyone it, if they needed it in that way.

But let's be honest, most folk who use it don't have MS.

I don't see why, at the very least, we can't have a similar situation to some states in america in which it is available on prescription with a note from doc.

because the government is propped up by large pharmaceuticals whose best interests would not be served by such policy.

There's a website called Alternet that publishes a lot of research on weed. Apparently it can help with lots of illnesses both physical and mental.
