Nah,

I mean well yeah, he is incredibly slow,

But i get the OP's point, he doesnt look like hes giving everything. Which is the first thing to do if you want the fans against you.

Iwobi is an example. Completely upped his work rate, fans bought into him and now hes playingw ith confidence and showing his tidy feet and passing.
Yes I agree but we have to be honest it took Iwobi about 2 seasons

It's always a bit weird watching a stream with only one commentator without an analyst chirping in with things like "Is Rondon playing because of an appeal from the Make A Wish foundation" or "Is Rondon playing to give hope to all 12-year-old fat kids that they can still have a professional football career".

to play 433 you need three midfielders and one spare, at least.

Onana is in and Allan and Davies are back, but now Doucoure has done his hamstring.

Without Gomes or Gbamin, or Warrington, who looked pretty good in preseason, or someone else from the youth setup, we haven't had/still don't have the bodies.

Onana, Iwobi, and Gueye, with Allan and Davies as the squad players, I can get behind that.

• We’ve looked comfortable if unspectacular on the ball.

• Welch acquitted himself well at LCB. Coleman solid back there too. Keane has possibly found his level.

• Onana a little bit hit & miss with his passing, but solid overall.

• Iwobi emerging as a real key player for us in making things happen in possession.

• Rondon found his level. McNeil not far behind him too in truth. Gray the only real quality we’ve had in that final third.

• Opposition full of absolute weapons, particularly Rooney at RB. Potential for injury with him.

Amanda would give us more potency upfront than Condom.

Frank should have a word with the ref at ht

But he said himself as soon as he felt the fans behind him his confidence grew and we are seeing the player we hoped we would see. Bet if you asked Iwobi if he could have done things different upon joining, bet he would say so.

It is what it is and iwobi has turned his career around and showing himself to be a useful player. Only one we have who will even look for the through pass, never mind rry it!

Put a shift in and the fans will give you time and want you to do well. Half arse it and the fans will see through you.

Think the big problem with the formation is that we just aren’t getting numbers forward or into the box.

Can see our wingbacks picking it up, looking forward for a pass and there’s nobody there. Rondon surrounded and outnumbered.

Physicality of Fleetwood is making me nervous we’ll see more players check into the full capacity Everton medical department tomorrow.

Think it’s better to be honest. Usually the pundit chirps in with nonsense where as his commentator just gets on with his job.
