Carlo Ancelotti suing Everton?!!

Showed great commitment to the job,I'll stay until a top club comes in for me then I'm off foc. Mosh letting him join under those conditions shows what an idiot we have as an owner.
From what Brands said it sounded like Moshiri threw money at him until he accepted the job. He was probably never that interested in the first place. He’s the sort of manager that comes into elite clubs and wins trophies. We were never in the right place in terms of our squad/recruitment and infrastructure for him. Again down to incompetence in the club and Moshiri’s delusional decision making. Hardly surprising he’d jump at the chance to join Real and get back to the big time, which he’s done.

Another rat this feller turned out to be.

'Much wants more', as they old saying goes.

Go and count your fortune Carlo and live a good life. There's people who cant face going the supermarket because it'll talke them an hour walking round sorting out what they can and cant buy with the few quid they have to stay nourished.

I thought it was all made up by an anti-Everton journalist?

I don't understand this.

Carlo told Everton he wanted to leave and Everton agreed a compensation package with Real Madrid.

Surely, wouldn't you think, by allowing him to leave mid-contract the club would have had him sign something to forfeit any bonuses he would otherwise have been due had he stayed? So now we've let him leave us in the lurch and actually allowed him to take us to the cleaners too despite him being the one walking out on us?

He would have forfeited bonuses to get the Madrid job. And if we refused a mutual severance, which it was as we agreed a deal with Madrid, and he was that desperate to join them, then he'd have resigned which in itself would have been enough to forfeit any further future monetary bonuses from the club.

I don't blame him like, if the club didn't have him sign anything he's fully entitled to go after it, but what an utter bunch of clowns not even ensuring we severed all ties with him once he left.

Truly is a clown car of a club.

Just like when Martinez was paid for years by us after he was sacked

Owed his dues mate. If that's what the offered and signed up for...Mosh should get paying.

Only Blue Bill makes "friends" in football.

Like I said before. It's not surprising. Especially after we were still paying Moonhead his wage to manage Holland.

And also the astronomical £10mill to turf out Benitez.

Minor details….
He might not have written them but as director of football he should have intimate knowledge of what went in them and power of veto on anything overly onerous that might lead to litigation if the manager decided to clear off.
If not what was his purpose? Chief hand shaker when they’re signed?

His purpose was to give the illusion that mosh wasn’t playing real like life football manager.

And gave him a shield or fall guy as soon as things turned to crap

Sounds similar to how Koeman was hired.

This feller walked out on Everton. Let;s not forget that. It's not like he was sacked.

I'd rather hang fire and get to know exactly what the dispute is about.

Too many people have an attitude now that Everton does everything wrong and even back those who are confronting us...be that other clubs like Burnley or Leeds, journalists, ex-players and - in this instance - an ex-manager.

Remember when Martinez took us to court over his 10million and you sucked up to him and said he deserved it?

Walked out not even halfway through his contract. You would have thought every single aspect of owing nothing was water tight as he bailed out on his contract(even if there was a clause). Do Everton actually have any kind of legal team or do they just wing it.
