First off, it would be a huge coup for the club. He is a big name and his record speaks for itself.
I've got huge reservations about whether this is the right job for him or us. I'd say his best asset is managing big name players in teams that have got outstanding quality. That is definitely not the case here. He is almost building from scratch in terms of growing a side that would be capable of getting Champions League. Is he capable of that? No one knows. I just hope he doesn't look at this like it's one last pay cheque before his time is up.
