Think Martinez was paid up. Koeman/Holland, we were in court about iirc. The deal was we would pay him his wage till he got a new job, and top up the difference. So Holland pay him 50p a week, we pay the rest.

I would be more wary if I am honest. Lets face it, if he hadnt been sacked, there isnt a prayer we would have approached Napoli to get him. So thats convenient. He hasnt shut down anything in the Italian nor Brit media, even now a salary is being "reported". Leverage for other jobs? Dunno.

The best case is getting rid of Unsworth and moving Ferguson to that role. Hopefully Dunc prioritizes development over results.

Would have been delighted with Ferguson if im being honest, but seeing him the past week act with such integrity and passion, while gaining 4 more points than expected, and having the team fight on the field, wouldn't be best pleased.
