Why get around them? Can't be kicked out of European competition if you ain't in it. If big name players come in, there will be a lot of churn and Mosh the accountant will know a few tricks to dance around the constraints.

Couldn't get his wallet out though could he? Come to think of it, he wouldnt be able to lock the front door before he went out to meet these young ladies.
