I have read every one of the 500 odd pages of this thread and continue to be perplexed at some of the posters who don't want Carlo or who think he will fail here.
Of course there is no guarantee that he will be successful at Goodison but his track record , presence in the game and experience in this country surely mean that he has a better chance than just about any other manager you could think of.
For me , you cannot fail to be excited about what is to come.
If Carlo , with a decent budget , cannot move us forward and take us where we want to be I really don't know where we go.
It won't happen overnight and there will be bumps in the road but it is crucial that we get behind him and the team and show him what a unified Everton really means.
