I am really impressed by his game management against Newcastle. These changes of tactics were really superb, if I were Bruce I would have thanked Ancelotti for the lesson.
Just to make a comparison - today Lampard changed his tactics by making a change in the 30- th minute. Arteta, whom many of us wanted, didn't find the correct answer to that at all and Chelsea were by far the better team till the end.
Top appointment that. A proper manager at last.

I know it's been mentioned plenty of times that Carlo's won the Champions League three times as a manager, but he also won it twice as a player with AC Milan in 1989 and 1990. This guy really is the creme de la creme.

He's rare thing in football. Class player turning a world class manager after his playing days. We really are blessed.
