Obviously we can´t phase everyone out at once that we need to but I don´t think there´s many players in the squad who can be assured of their place next season. Can´t help but feel these next few months will show how limited our squad is. I never thought this bounce over the last month was here to stay.
Mate we just got beat by the reigning champions who won the treble last season, got 72 more points then anyone the pervious 10 years, have the best manger in the world, have one of the most expensive squads in the world and they where hanging on in the end.

Wolves beat them yes.. at Wolves after City spent 75 minutes with 10 men..City are an amazing team.
Don’t feel down, a few weeks ago we would of coincided 5 or more

My feelings about this squad are based on what I´ve seen from the last 18 months. We´ll see over the next 5 league games if they can maintain the new manager bounce. I remember Allardyce´s arrival seeming like the second coming to begin with when results took an upturn before leveling out.

Carlo is far far far far far beyond Allardyce, under any other manager we could of got we would of got hammered today by 5 or 6. Instead he switched it up and we could of nicked a point... Kean should have scored, DCL free header wide. 1st half was bad but that was on the players, he was fuming at them.

As I´ve said previously, it´s too early to tell what impact Ancelotti is having. If we´d got beat in the last 3 games I wouldn´t have blamed him. After the derby, he can really start to implement his ideas but even then it will take time.

No manager can sew a silk purse out of a sow's ear. We should have gotten a hiding on the scoreboard as well as the pitch, but we were fortunate.

It will be interesting to see where the manager thinks he has to make moves on an urgent basis in this window, and where he thinks he can wait for better options at better prices.

I think people need to be realistic that we're gonna see some good results but also some bad ones between now and May.

This squad is ok but far from great. Not even Ancelotti can turn these into a top team.

Realistically it's the second full season where we can expect to be really competitive, but I definitely expect us to be better next year too.

Ancelloti needs to go. He has had enough time.

Someone said we have 5 easier games coming up. Almost anything is easier than City away, but anyone who thinks that the points are there for the taking in the 5 or 6 games in January/February can think again. We need to win the home games and I don't fancy any of the away games, beyond a draw here or there. We need to stack up 35 points by the end of February to ease things. Loads of teams below us are scrapping for the points as we will be. Roll on a clean start with Ancelotti from next season.

I saw him take the ball in tight areas and get it away,he also tried to move the ball forward unlike Sigi who lost it every touch
