They were thrilled when they sold Oxlade Chamberlain, they were also thrilled when they sacked Wenger..... they were gutted selling Wilshere.....

But if you want to use them as good judges then fair enough....
They weren’t thrilled at losing Oxlade-Chamberlain at all, you’ve just made that up.

They were right to be happy about Wilshere leaving. Has he gone on to reach great heights or something? Wenger had run his course at the club.

I said that they were gutted about Wilshere leaving...
And yes they were made up about Ox getting sold. £40m.... they were laughing. Not so much now.

They are as bad as some of our fans for getting at younger players.

Oh, he’s up there too. Iwobi rivals anyone, though. Just one terrible player.

I'm sure I've seen him kick a football without falling over or kicking it straight out of play so he has to be better than Bolasie! ;)

I think we need more time to judge Iwobi, his goal in the final of the Europa was alright. The thing is these type of players are always going to be more suited to sides that have the ball 70% of the time and create millions of chances per game. We didn't get the chance to see with him because he was injured before the Burnley/Newcastle games which may have brought out his best.

But they know that Iwobi is rubbish apparently...

(Well not actually true, a few well informed bloggers were angry and stated that Iwobi has huge potential as a number 10.... something we have seen.
They proper hate Xhaka but in reality he's a fine player if your team actually tries to pass the ball. They hate Ozil but he's still very good when in a half decent set up. And I remember the Ox transfer like you do. Supporters tend to be a little lacking in sensible opinions. Everyone is either awesome or awful. We do it with Schneiderlin.

Today is a day he learns more about the limitations of our squad.

I hate losing any match. And I'm gonna hate it on Sunday when the inevitable happens, but this is a long game. We need to make sure we are in a position come August where we have more quality across the side, a structured gameplan, and a shot at being competitive.

There is going to be some pain this season so we need to be patient and realistic. I just want the derby out of the way so we can start the long road back and get through to summer. Then the fun will start and the fight back begins...

Hope he has sense and realises the squad is largely 9th-11th quality with little backbone.

Would love him to splash the cash this month and bring in 3 players (CF, CM, CB) that gives us a new spine of quality proven players.

Let's be honest, unbeaten in 5 then we lose to the Premier League champions away by one goal, that's progress from 2 months back, annoying today but onwards and upwards.
Biggest worry is Bernard being injured
What would of happened under Silva after goal 1?

Thought he should have subbed Delph when we got it to 2-1 anyone like Baines or Gordon to inject pace into a pedestrian midfield but the old fox will know our deficiencies after that game - and sign some midfielders as the front two starved the whole game v a defence that was vulnerable.....
Delph was the best midfielder on the pitch(in our team) Sigi was awful, Davis need a rest, we lack any class in the middle
