It's not really entitled to be thinking tonight's last minute was pathetic though? It's not really moronic to think getting beaten by Liverpool's third team either. People aren't just going to clap along when these things happen. It wouldn't be normal if they did.

Is anyone really thinking that it wasn't pathetic? The moaning is understandable, its an emotive sport and it hurts at the time.

People will see the bigger picture in the morning. We have an awful lot of players who are not really good enough consistently enough for where we want to be. It will take time to fix that.

There are positives to take out of tonight but nobody wants to see them right now (again understandable).

Personally I have gone past angry, I am resigned to it happening as a leopard doesn't change its spots. We can have one of the best managers in the world (oh and we have...) but they aint going to fix those players we have. 3 or 4 of them will survive the cull in the next couple of seasons I reckon.

We were lucky Brighton didn’t equalise when he tried these ridiculous subs to hold onto a lead. Completely took our attacking threat away.

These seeing out the game subs seem to fail as much as they are successful.
Unless somebody is obviously flagging, injured or on a red, then why bother.

But also, when we don't lose nobody moans anyway.

I don’t like being called an impatient moron by people who pick and choose whether they can be bothered watching on telly while I’m following the team up and down the country. I have no issue with people who don’t go, I do have an issue with condescending melts who don’t go telling me the way I support the club isn’t good enough.

Why change something that was working? These athletes can’t last 6 more minutes?

Also, there is no reason to be giving Niassé minutes on the pitch. He was even on a bloody power point presentation that we’re trying to get rid of him.

Yeah they will but equally if we win 4 on the bounce at the start of next season people will be proclaiming a new era of Everton dominance. It's just the nature of football fans, it's not exclusive to our club.

It is the nature of many many football fans at all clubs. It’s true. But it’s very annoying and stupid.

That time is not one month into the role and when he is using a squad which we have just watched for a season and a half being mostly crap and spineless. And after a short portion of game that 99 times out of a 100 would finish 2-0 even with the same subs

likewise as you mention a few wins shouldn’t have fans losing their heads predicting how many more we will win and how great such and such a player is after they manage to get in a run of form.

Carlo Ancelotti is the only thing to like about Everton right now. Everything else about the club is a complete mess and makes me ashamed to be a blue.

Carlo needs everyone fully behind him 100%. There are gonna be more bumps in the road like this. We are gonna see more bad performances. He needs time to gut this squad and if he gets the time and support he will.

In Carlo I trust.
