The way performances have fallen off a cliff in the last few games, it could be he's told certain players to find a new club and they've just downed tools. I just hope we back him in the transfer window, or he'll be off himself.

Well there isnt any hiding place for quite a few of these players now, if they had got a few decent performances under are belts there could have been a few doutes over one or two , not now they are kidding anybody certainly not a manager of his caliber.
dont forget this lot looked nailed on to go down earlier in the season , he hasnt brought any in.

there’s a horrible culture in the squad of ‘lads’ who like to lark about. It’s been in the team since Martinez left and has sucked in the likes of Mirallas and Ashley Williams in the past. Players have come to Everton and just abandoned their professionalism, abandoned any thought of improving through training, abandoned any accountability, abandoned their physical fitness, and basically taken on the group ‘we’re just having a laugh, why are the fans having a go at us‘ mentality. Delph is another one, from proven winner to calling out fans within a few months of being here.

The odd couple of players that don’t buy into it like Digne Richarlison Gueye Holgate stick out like a sore thumb. They’re usually the ones either winning games for us or getting booked and sent off because they care. Not arsing around laughing like Davies Pickford Ashley Williams Schneiderlin etc.

The culture of the team is a disgrace. Keep Digne Richarlison Holgate, add Gordon and the kids to it, hope Gbamin gets fit, make a decision on Mina Calvert Lewin Gomes, and just get rid of the rest.

We can really dig him out but these aren't his fault. He doesn't have the right tools to show his stuff but he has seen enough from Davies, Bernard, Sigurdsson in midfield that I think he has to just drop them for kids now.

Yeah, that’s the point. It needs an entire overhaul which is going to be hard considering our wasted spending, we are already walking a FFP tightrope unless we plan on selling Digne or Richarlison who are our only two players of value.

Worked wonders with this group to get us away from relegation. Now they’re trying to throw him under the bus. He needs to be backed unequivocally to lead a purge of this squad. No one should be safe. These players got Koeman and Silva fired and they can’t be allowed to see off another Everton manager. They have to be culled now. Pickford Keane Coleman Siggurdson Davies have to go as a minimum.

Koeman and Silva got themselves fired for being absolutely wank. We love to blame the players but the truth is they were just really poor managers. That's not saying that the players aren't atrocious, far from it. But saying "the players got Koeman and Silva fired" is being a bit disingenuous.

Coleman has been saying the same statement regarding commitment passion doing better etc for about 7 years mate.

A big challenge for the manager in the next window.
We need to bring in midfielders and that can change the whole team. But at the moment no grit,pace or creativity.

You can not win games consistently and play good football with out a strong centre midfield. We have the weakest and therefore we have play around the centre which makes players make unnatural decisions.

He's a problem for me in himself. He might have attitude and commitment but he has zero talent these days and yet refuses to leave.
