Don't doubt Carlo as the right man for this job in the slightest, but I do have had one concern. Has he ever built a team? It's clear we need to turnover half a dozen players minimum and I currently have zero confidence in the people at the very top to identify the correct players.
rare occasion I agree with you. We’ve been playing in friendly game mode since season restart: Can’t read too much from the last few games but I would like to think Carlo will realise what tactics is not suitable for these bunch of losers next season.

The angry Everton boss added: "If I am honest, the attitude was not acceptable. In some games, the spirit was really good, Against Liverpool, against Norwich, against Leicester. This team has fighting spirit but we didn't have the spirit to fight for the next game.
"The result [here] doesn't matter. They have to show professionalism on the pitch.
"Since I arrived, this team did well in general. We went up from the relegation zone with good performances and we competed with almost all of the teams, apart from Chelsea.
"We don't want to be a mid-table team, we want to stay at the top. We have to work together to prepare for the next season."

These crock of bottlers throwing him under the bus like most of them who have been around long enough have done with 5 or so previous managers. Buck stops with the little rats. They don’t care.
I'll be honest, I don't know how to take this. This is the Everton media having a go at the players... But the players have almost no fear of anything happening to them. Such a big big task coming up for the club to get rid of the players.
Theres no chance in hell I'm taking the players side over Ancelotti. Never will.
There are bad appples in every teams squad .They eventually get winkled out mainly by the other players.
This is not the same , as soon as things go against them , this bunch just down tools.
And basically as a team we are just crap.
The only fault i have found in Carlo is his persistence in selecting Davies. It really should have only taken 1 or 2 games to realise there is no point in him. Blood others as Davies is a lost cause.
