Last week was bad, but Southapton were very good and tore us apart. This week Newcastle have been equally as bad as us yet managed to win it.. that's the concern.

The persistence with Sigurdsson, Iwobi and Bernard is sickening now.

Bernard and Iwobi have looked a lot more creative in the time they've had than Gomes and Siggurdson.

Just shows the task at hand for Carlo, a few injuries and suspensions to the wrong players and it's back to Silva/Koeman type football because he's forced to play the Koeman/Silva era players we still have left

Maybe he could have made different decisions and got a different result for Newcastle & Southampton but can't really be calling him out when the players he can choose from who are actually premiership level is so limited at the moment

We haven't mustered a proper attempt in 2 games now

Lose 2 games and everyones head falls off. Southampton played us off the park (this happens to every team from time to time), this game was just us against steve bruces park the bus tactics which the players we have on the pitch dont have the skillset to breakdown not that they havent tried too either. Im not worried atall cause its a 38 game season and we will come good this year.

It is just 2 games ye, but 2 games or 10 games these performances have been awful and just as bad any fat Sam games

Disgraceful that he continues to reward the same cowards who met us down time after time last season.

Gordon and Simms deserved a go out today over the likes of Gomes, Siggurdsson, Tosun, Bernard.

Expect different results from the same cowards - baffling.
