Anchelotti absolutely does deserve some blame for this. He's not above criticism. The difference is, our players have a track record for failing and letting the club down. Most of them have been doing it for years. Anchelotti is only in his first proper season here so I'm more inclined to forgive him for his part in this latest failure of a season.

4 of them are his signings... he’s had them for 18 months and is apparently a great motivator. I’ve seen more urgency from trifle

If we lose this I wouldn't be against ancelotti saying the seasons over and dropping some of these undroppable players and mixing it up a bit.

It doesn’t matter who manages Everton. The club is steeped in failure. He isn’t going to turn it around, I think we all knew that deep down.

However, if he loses another home game to this abysmal sheff United side then I honestly couldn’t give a toss if he stays or goes, I support Everton, not the manager.
