I don't know if there is a fee in the contract, but if there isn't, we would obviously expect substantial compensation. They would potentially have to buy out his contract.

I'll be dissapointed in that its another change BUT providing the club appoint the right man if Carlo left then long term I think it would be better for the club.

I just cant see Carlo taking this squad of players to the places many on here are hoping. We need a Sgt Major type who will kick this lot into touch AND also be able to adequately coach them.

Biesla for me 100% if Carlo left - give him £150 million to bring in some fit pacey players to run run run.

That I find really difficult mate, because you're are trying to interpret what Farhad Moshiri is thinking and I would say there is a wide range of possibilities. I can tell you who I would look at, but I have no idea if he would go down that route.

I imagine he would ask his agent friends, and go for an impressive name.
