He’s got a decent young full back who works his bollocks off (Nkounkou) and a winger who runs himself into the ground who hasn’t let him down when selected (Gordon) yet he sticks with the same old failures who let him down last season, not only that but changes the formation to accommodate them. Ridiculous imo.

Reluctance in playing youth is a red flag.

Utter non-entity's like Sigurdsson, Delph, Gomes, Bernard keep getting played.

Concerning how much he doesn’t trust the youth.

We do have other full backs, regardless of how good/ready they are they would be better than players who don't usually play there.
