If he took over sheff united , would you demand they be top 4 based on who the manager is?

That's the perspective here.

Take the odd name out our squad and we are a bottom half level team. Our league positions in recent years proves this. You could pull like 15 names at least of our 25 man squad and none of them would get into what you would expect of a top 10 team.

If the players aren't good enough then doesn't matter who is in charge, you aren't getting a title run out of them.

I think the fans gripe is more the difference in performance between an established PL team with international players playing at home against a newly promoted team packed with players who have not played in the PL ever!

I’d say City Liverpool Spurs Chelsea United Arsenal Leicester Wolves all have better squads than us therefore we should finish 9th. Somehow I don’t think that would be acceptable though would it.

I reckon one or two more would get in our side at the minute. Raphinha looks a decent player and Bamford would be a v good option to compete with DCL. Probably have their keeper too lol.

Bielsa is a fine manager who is doing a good job with a newly promoted team, in a league he has never played in. Of course Ancelloti is a superior manager, one of the most decorated in the game, but there is no doubting Bielsa’s credentials.

Chelsea at home, Leicester away, at home to Arsenal, then the league cup quarter final against Man United.I think we'll have a much better idea, after those four games with regards, to how our season is going to go.I think we should aim for 5 points minimum from the league games, the league cup game obviously takes on even bigger meaning now.It's time for Carlo to kick arse, and get this team firing on all cylinders again.

I agree. If you take our squad compared to those teams we just don’t have the same depth at all. Our first XI deffo capable of beating most of them on a very good day.

Leeds' ambition for this season was to stay up. We were looking to break in to the top 6, with an eye on the top 4. If you compare the teams Leeds have an identity, a way of playing and are a bundle of energy. They have gone toe to toe with the best sides in the Country.

We are coming up to the year mark and Carlo is still experimenting, playing a different formation, tactics and personnel every week, and we look more and more lethargic every week.
