He cocked up on the subs near the end. DCL's reaction said it all, but he would probably be too respectful to say anything as he came off for Tosun. We did not pay the price for giving Arsenal the last 7 minutes. Praise be.

Wasn’t the point of those subs not to waste time and frustrate the opposition with DCL dutifully making a right meal of it? Side show bob, who was literally pushing Richie off the pitch, certainly seemed to think so!
That said hardly fair to criticize players for a bad performance when they had been brought on for only a couple of minutes. One thing this season (and last) is showing us so far, is that players need to be given a chance!
Many that the fans declared to be awful came good after having built up a little confidence.
