During that bad run there was a lot made on here about him at bayern and his training methods. Heard a german reporter asked about that last week and he just laughed and said all that came from two players. Frank ribery and thomas muller. And the reason he was laughing was because he said the same two players who said the training wasnt intense enough were the same two players who came out moaning that pep guardiolas training was to tough.
Quite funny now we're winning the fitness criticism has disapeared back into the draw labeled nonsense.

The same group of players have just done 5 games in quick succession and hung onto single goal leads in some of them. How does that happen with players who aren’t fit?

We are Evertonians and will always have high expectations. Currently Carlo has turned this club upside down and he has only been here a year. Yet we still moan and whinge about our football (including me). We know and Carlo deffo knows that we are still so far away from being a team that will threaten for the league and major honours but he is now getting a tune from a squad that is so under strength. He has only used one window to strengthen and that was a success. If we can keep him for several years and back him with transfers then I have no doubt we will be up there with the sky darlings. Look at us now with our best players out...........he has got the grit instilled again when needed with so many injuries, he has got the panache instilled when we are at full strength. He knows and we know more is needed but bloody hell we are 2nd after 1 year in charge so deffo going in the right direction...........we are priviledged to have him and he seems to love it here so long may it continue. Well done Brands and Moshiri also for having similar ambitions as the fans

Brands is a good negotiator and very personable from what I can see. We overpaid for Iwobi but that ws a last minute buy. He’s a good ambassador for the club and we need someone to do this type of work because the manager has enough on his plate. Walsh was been played the whole time and he had no voice with koeman been a despot. Let’s keep the status quo. He even got James reputedly for a free so let’s not fix what I think isn’t broke.
