We don’t have the quality to go toe to toe with the big teams yet. Hopefully another summer’s recruitment we’ll close the gap. What he has instilled in us is a great spirit amongst the players. Getting a draw against the RS despite being twice behind and 2-0 tonight and a last minute goal, will hopefully give the players more added belief moving forward.

With Allan playing I think we would have won. I've said that about a lot of games but I really think it's true. We don't have a proper defensive mid.

Allan makes a massive difference no doubt but we’ve been saying it all season, but we desperately need a new keeper. Not sure we win the game with Allan playing today whilst we’re conceding poor goals like tonight.
