Id find it peculiar seeing as at other clubs the mentality of the centre backs are more like Mina and Godfrey.

What id be interested to know is if he broke the transfer record, who or in which position would he do it for.

In all his teams he's had real superstars especially down the spine.
I'm only joking btw, no idea what will happen it will depend on if we finish in Europe and if it's Europa or CL.

Every single one of them players on the pitch last night believed they could win that game. Never once gave up or let their heads drop even when Spurs kept pegging us back and should’ve been carrying the momentum.

All that stems from this fella.

Winner.

That last night was actually something Liverpool would do and have been doing for years, and the polar opposite of what we’re used to doing. Same at the weekend against United. We could actually be seeing a big mentality shift here.

This has been our biggest problem for the last couple of decades. Too many involved in the club settling for the “plucky Everton” narrative.

The transformation in the space of 12 months is nothing short of incredible.

Noticed he wasn't smiling in these shots either!

If this was us under koeman or silva our players were probably beaten before kick off. No confidence or belief in manager, themselves or each other.going a goal down early on and we were hands down beaten. Carlo has instilled the winning self belief mentality in to the players. we came from 2 down at utd and then a late equalizer that is proof mentality is changing. Just hope it enables us to break the hoodoo at the tinmine.

Some would trade all of that to beat Newcastle twice just so we could say he got one over on Steve Bruce. Out of all the cups and bottom half but at least we didn’t lose to Newcastle .
I know, am Getting really, really bored of people always mentioning the games we lost, are people expecting us to go unbeaten all season? You drop unexpected points and gain unexpected points, that’s football. City dropped points to West Ham and WBA. Man United lost at home to Palace, Spurs, and Arsenal. Liverpool lost to Burnley and Brighton, etc etc. The point is, every single club can do it, it’s football. The top and bottom of it is, we are in a great position, and we have a born winner at the helm.
