He's ice cold. That assuredness is passing onto the players and you can see a difference in their self-belief. We never used to come back after conceding first, look at us now.

It isn't just a case of getting players fit either. I genuinely feel as though some of our players are hitting form just at the right moment.

The obvious one, and the most important one, is Richie. Those goals against Spurs were both exceptional finishes. But it's also great to see Gomes hitting the levels he showed in his first season, Davies is playing better than ever and even Siggy's good games are more frequent.
