Honestly reading your last several posts in the thread and I would get the impression that you would be say a month without a win and without a decent performance and you'd be starting to talk about if he's the right choice. Apologies if I read you wrong but its how it comes out reading your posts as an example of what I was banging on about in my post

I will take your apology as I wouldn't want him out after a month of bad results as we have had enough turmoil and management change over the last 5 or 6 years than any "stable club" should wish for, but everyone has to the right to question a manager and also expect him as a top coach to get more out of this squad than sitting on your own 18 yard box and wait for something to happen.
