Never got to go there. We were on a road trip to LA. Stopped for the night in San Fran and asked for a good spot to surf. Some guy told us about half moon bay and we hit it up the next day. Was fabulous. Then we made our way south.Great surfing spot isn’t it and be fun watching them all - provided you don’t mow one of the idiots down as they have a habit of just marching into traffic with their boards like they own the place!
Did you ever get a little further down to coast to Ano Nuevo State Park? Wonderful at this time of year to go and see the Elephant Seals
I’d give my left nut to do that trip, and be that young again.
