I have abolished carbs from my diet since last week. I'm in ketosis. Just had an omelette. Cheese bacon, scallops.

And get this, no carbs in.
It’s the golden ticket... went Keto and intermittent fasting couple years ago.. dropped 15kg in 4 months.. fell off the wagon in 2020 but intermittent fasting at least keeping it from getting out of hand..

You combined the two? I'm 32 now but in my 20s I'd bounce off the carbs for few moments when I'm the medium t shirts stopped fitting well. But been a lil overweight for my liking for a while and finding it a little harder now.

Gets harder as you get older. Can be fit as a fiddle and working out loads then take a week off and your body melts.
Also scrotum elongation.

ya I did this in 2018.. 42 when I started.. normally was around 84kg which on my frame was always just a little flabby.. then ballooned to 90kg overnight... that was the incentive I needed.. Goal was 80kg but just kept going... down to 75kg.

The combo for me was the key.. I find IF maintains somewhat.. keto is good and the diet works for my eating habits..
the way to get massive results and honestly can get ripped is doing both.. discipline to stick it out of course is everything.. I didn’t take a weekend off for that time.. worth it.. need to go again now.. lifestyle change has stuffed up the routine so need to find that motivation again..

I sought of do what you do now.. little interventions to drop a couple Kgs when the pants get tight now..
