Cazoo to replace Sportpesa

Marginally less than SportPesa but isn't a betting company which everyone wanted gone. Logo is inoffensive and simple too so no kit ruining which is good.

Getting more than what we had in a pandemic induced global recession after restricting ourselves from one of the biggest markets (betting firms) is pie in the sky stuff.

I'm happy the club has moved away from betting and retained most of the money despite the climate. The premier brands everyone wants for kit makers, sponsors etc will not be realistic until we are much, much better on the pitch.

Everything follows success. You don't become desirable and then successful it is only the other way around.
Agree, it's not that long ago that we were constantly finishing ahead of spurs, more often than not in the Moyes era, but they've since kicked on and we haven't and now despite not winning anything they have risen their profile enough to be able to command much more sponsorship money than we can.

This is a trend that hasn’t ended since 1987 though.

We haven’t pushed on because the people
Running the club aren’t up to scratch it’s as simple as that

I'm not really one to get arsed about sponsors, If you're a big club you get the big money it's that simple really, We aren't a big club in the modern game we're middle ground we have the potential to be a big club but we fall at the final hurdle, Like others say it's not a betting sponsor which is probably a big + in many others books.

It has recently been brought to my attention that Cazoo have less than half the Twitter followers that a certain Mr C Hico-Azul has.

Made me chuckle anyway

I only wrote one sentence, pretty difficult to misinterpret yet you have apparently succeeded in doing so

lets try again and see if you can spot it the second time

“This is SUPPOSEDLY a leak of the away kit”
Just a joke mate. No need to be quite so tetchy.

This is supposedly a leak of the away kit

What I find weird about the deal is that Cazoo haven't published any public accounts yet. So we must have seen their accounts in private to ensure they have the money this year, seen their forward projections and have a break clause every year incase they burn through their funding.

Due-dillgence, Everton?

Don’t be daft.

In all seriousness though one thing we can guarantee our owner will know they’re good for the money he’s a genius in his field by all accounts.

This deal is more shocking the more I think about it.

Spurs deal with AIA was £13 Million 6 years ago they now get £40 Million.

We will have had £9/10 Million a season for what will be 6 seasons by the time this deal finishes.

Farcical.
We’re rudderless in the boardroom.
