Dembele you'd get him out of Celtic for the quoted 25million for this lad. He has potential, finishing and pace both of which we lack. We should have signed him when he left Fulham, we should have signed him this summer. Looks like we are all in on this fella though.

Dembele is worth about 2.5 million . Ray Wilkins who coached him has said all our young strikers have more potential than him

I still say Slimani would be a good fit, others seem very upset by the suggestion. I finally watched CP and Benteke a bit more closely this week and yeah, he's toast. Still good with the head, but he seems a shell of himself.

Andre Silva is a super talented player, but he's also not quite ready. Dembele, talened, not quite mature. Both worth shots, but are risky, and we really need someone that can produce right now consistently. Chicarito could likely be had from West Ham, but again, we really need a strong, hold up the play option.

Aboubakar would be expensive. Would love to see Willian Jose back into the fold, but he signed a new deal in the summer I thought. Nicolai Jorgensen could help, but that's a big jump in quality for him and he's not THAT good.

If we could get Slimani on loan, we should've done it yesterday. I think they want to sell and he's not been good value for them, but obviously, they aren't going to give him away. They are a strong side. You give them another 25M to spend to shore up their defense and they could challenge for CL spots possibly.
