The only objective way is looking at the Uefa ranking, that's based on matches between the clubs from different competitions across a longer time period. So it's accurate enough for me.

For instance 2015; Besiktas went out of the Europa League against Club Brugge. (2-1 and 3-1 wins for Club Brugge). Influences the ranking a bit.

Okay mate, altough I don't agree with you - I respect your opinion. But you should know much happened since Besiktas got beaten by Brugge; it goes same for other Turkish teams - Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.

Just for example, Besiktas sent his 5th defender (Matej Mitrovic) to Club Brugge as loan.

What I claim is Turkish league way better than French or so league. But I never claimed it is better than EPL, La liga or so.

these discussions about cenk in here is meaningless FOR NOW because if he scores after he get in 85.minute, all the stuff written negative turn backwards. and also as a besiktas fan I can understand the common negative comments about him, but I can't understand some issues like this:

1- team played so defensive and in the little time he had and obviously he is not a counter attack striker so is it healhty to judge him now?
2- sam gives opinions on him but he is not doing his best as judging players who must be in senior squad and his decisions are losing games one by one. so how can anyone trust his comments on players? or his capability on coaching them?
3- people judging cenk about he came from lower standarts and he is not good for EPL. do you have any support on this argument from what you see on what he played in everton? is he looks like a crap player when he plays?
4- It's obvious that cenk got the potential to be good I think. You don't see it in him, or you just got no patience?

@emik woah, watch it mate. No one wants to be a self-orientalist. You may need brain scans to prove it though. Oddly enough, I know just the chap. A self-effacing champion of the working class who'll possibly fight you in a London pub if you disagree with him.

French league has Neymar, Cavani and Mbappe, youve got Arouna Kone and Babel mate.

Tosun is crap lads.

I didn't actually believe this at first, because I'm normal and understand he's been here for 5 minutes in a new league, but just because of the Turkish fans on here and Twitter banging on about him like he's Football Jesus and blaming everything under the sun except the obvious fact he hasn't adjusted to the league yet for why he hasn't scored 40 by now, I now think he's absolute trash and we'd be better off playing Joel Robles up front.

Well mate, as a Neuroscientist - yes, I can interpret his scans. But for you - no need for scans; you are just a little boy who craves for admiration; even Freud would solve your case.

So you know what is exalted; it is a start. I am quite happy I didn't encounter persons which are (like you) layman during my education.

I don't know why but maybe it was luck - I never witnessed this kind of arrogance from Arsenal or Chelsea fans.

To my knowledge, Everton only paid 10m euros yet for Tosun; just don't pay the rest and sent him back to Besiktas. His talent should not be wasted by Sam.
