Agree mate. Everyone moaning last week that signing Walcott would mean the end of Lookman, i think it's more likely he'll replace Yannick who had a stinker Saturday. I love seeing Rooney back and scoring goals but if he's playing poor just like anyone else he should be dropped and we've seen Gylfi can have a bigger impact in the middle.
 
That mad half backheel thing he did to Gylfi was class, I thought everything about him looked quality, much better than I expected, but yeah, what a game to start in, poor lad

Did anyone else notice though, every time he did a flick it looked like he was going to cause himself an injury, it was weird, must have been three or four times I thought he had pulled a muscle or jarred a joint, didn't seem like any of it came natural, looked like someone who has had to train themselves to be able to do everthing......that could be a good thing, maybe it was just me expecting our new front man to injure himself haha

No, his movement was no different than when he was in Besiktas so don't worry he'll be fine. He makes those moves to stun the defenders. :whip:lol

Good to see you Evertonians saw what I said two weeks ago "You gonna buy a winner player from a winner team". This is Cenk, he doesnt accept failure or intimidated by the opponent, trying his best every minute.

However team's problem is, everyone including Sam seems "OK" with the situation. That acceptance of failure and "eeeh this is over let's see the other game" well, that's a disease. I facepalmed all game while watching this desperation spread all over the players. If Sam would try to build an effective squad and football for the next season, I would say "patience" but all those hoofs can't be a plan, it just sucks. Cenk can't cure this virus unless you get a Coach who wants to win every game.

that's good then haha, think I was just terrified he was guna do a flick and collapse holding his knee! #evertonthat

Well EFC and Besiktas really do have so much in common. We have the biggest reputation of incoming players getting injured on day 1. So big that we only say a player is one of us when he gets injured (then he is a true Besiktasli).

And we had a traumatic time where the team performed really bad, board was sh** and the manager was always in question. I think you are living that right now and only way from here will be UP. ;) Hope we'll play against each other in CL soon.

see, quaresma + babbel (caner erkin) wingmanns... look the assists... look at the passes...

we need that kind of players in everton... if we cant get some player like this, or if our players cant play like theese wingmanns on the video, than we could forget Tosun.... i mean he can do a lot of things, but that will never be enough....

i Hope i could explain it, and hope you can understand me....

PS: A playmaker like Oguzhan Özkyakup in the middle field cant be wrong too!!!!
