I think thats harsh personally. He's not prem level yet I agree, however I want someone who is quick and runs in behind as opposed to Tosun running around with his head bouncing everywhere to show that he is "really trying", while losing every single ball that comes to him. I don't consider Niasse a football player never mind a striker so...

DCL will cause Maguire and Morgan more problems than the other 2 imo.

He's got a worse league record than even anichebe, horrendous striker, so unnatural in front of goal, falls over with the ball at his feet and for a lad that wins a lot in the air he doesn't know how to direct a header to save his life. Give me tosun or Oumar over him any day of the month

This season is 6 games old and he has barely featured during that time which is kind of the point.

I have no problem with DCL starting as long as its as a centre forward. None of this weird wide striker stuff.

I totally agree that he has to play centrally. Imo I think DCL should be favoured over Niasse as there is the potential for a long term gain if he finds his shooting boots whereas I don't think Niasse will be here next season.

I don't mind Oumar usually but he was embarrassingly bad on Tuesday mate.

Maybe so but he also set up the equalizer. That's kind of what you get with him. Depends how much you are willing to trade off.

His end result generally negates anything else for me. When he is on the pitch we somehow create chances. Ideally you want someone who creates chances and plays well but as of now these are the cards we have been dealt with and I will take the chances and looking more potent over technically more proficient players who create nothing.

I know I'm not gonna convince you otherwise, like I know you won't convince me that Niasse isn't this generations Ali Dia. So I will agree to disagree.

I think our midfielders are doing OK at the moment - it's the strikers not pulling their weight.

I cannot see him starting as a forward much with the line up we had v a in form Leicester side unbeaten in the last four games ...
Other than injuries that will be our forward line - Bernad and Walcott wide - the other two to grab the goals down the middle it offered pace .......something Tuson sadly lacks...
