First, hi everyone, this is my first message I am a everton fan from Turkey.

And definitely we need another striker, Cenk is good but not enough for Everton.Cenk were always waiting for play behind first striker in Turkey.

feels nice to make him have to really fight for that striker role, last year he was basically walking into the squad each week. Given he gets the right service he will score, no doubting that.

He's a finisher, not a workhorse (though he plays that role when asked). He'll bag 15 a season minimum as long as a team creates chances. Get him back in the line up at Old Trafford and at Anfield in a few weeks.

He always has been a great finisher, he just needed the right type of players to help him out during the attacking phase of the game.
this year, the team's creative firepower has that potential and it will hopefully means more goals for Cenk.

HOWEVER, Cenk will best be utilized as a first choice alternative from the bench, this team actually needs a star player upfront.

I’m of the belief that we should field our best starting eleven, and unfortunately Cenk doesn’t make the cut. It doesn’t mean he can’t play an important part, and I’m glad he is embracing his role and not pouting about being dropped.

His first touch was absolutely superb, he ain't the quickest and that first touch meant he didn't have to break stride.

I'm a big fan of DCL so this isn't too dig at him, but if you compare the run and goal today to DCL's attempt at Arsenal you see how well he did. He has a natural appreciation for space in the process of scoring goals.

I've been very critical of Tosun the past few games, massively delighted with that goal today. Showed determination, clean oaro of heels, superb first touch and a great finish.
