The lack of a player up front who has pace/skill to worry opposition is what is killing us. He's a striker that needs it on a plate. If you asked opposition defenders to name a striker they would enjoy playing against I reckon Tosun would be high on that list.

That's where Richarlson and Walcott come in and it's a good balance. He's still strong, still battles defenders, and harries so it's not like he just floats about doing nothing.

He did today, missed a header, a shot where his own player got in the way, and a snap shot he should've scored.

We're relying on wide crosses (I don't know why DCL isnt being played as a target man) rather than defence splitting passes.

When did you last see a midfielder playing a striker in? Probably when Barkley was still playing

How is he going to get himself a chance from a defence splitting pass? He wouldn't have the pace to get away. Tosun needs goals from cut backs into the box.

Digne was putting balls on a plate. So why a 6ft striker isn't playing as a striker I don't know.

Tosun should've been switched out wide a DCL in the middle of you're going to play them
