Same. Couldn't even celebrate. Still in shock. The decisions by corrupt officials, horrible Gomes injury...The game has been ruined. Glad we didn't get beat, nice lad Cenk.
 

I like him but I hope people aren't going to start calling him to be played, He's had numerous chances and he doesn't do anything, He can't play as the lone striker in this formation.
Great header though, He's such a cool finisher.

When will people understand that it is not the players but the awful gameplan by Silva? How many chances do we create per game? Do you literally expect our strikers to get the ball in the midfield and go around 5 defenders and score?

The way we play we need a work horse up front someone who will chase battle and fight, Cenk isn't that chief. He is slow and not strong enough to hold up the ball against the likes of Sanchez etc.

Tbf he’s not really, especially in the last several months or so when we’ve had a relatively more settled side, looks dangerous when he has though and has scored a few

The way we play, you need a castle up there to hold the ball. Silva has been here for long enough to adapt his gameplan to what he has on the team. If he cannot create that kind of striker from Cenk, DCL and Kean, then maybe he should change the way he makes the team play rather than watching the team drop behind on the table.

As much as I don't like Fat Sam, he was way better at adapting to whatever he has on his hands and trying to get the best out of it.

He literally scores. I've been told DCL is fast, is strong, bullies the defenders, stretches the lines, holds the ball up. And yet he doesn't score apart from against Minnows. If Tosun scores every game and we win, I couldnt be less arsed if 99% of the time he's gluing bits of his toupe back on

I remember when he started up front against Newcastle last year, Did absolutely nothing.
He can't play the lone role for me.
