He's another one who will se out his contract.Looks like we’re stuck with him for another year.
Please please please score more. We desperately need him to move to Turkey.Scored last night
At 30 (edit: which he turns soon) you'd hope he decides to take a hit on salary for play time somewhere he'll be happy and move on.He's another one who will se out his contract.
That recruitment period nearly sunk the club. It only finally unwinds next summer.
Who will touch Tosun on the salary he is on?
How long is on his contract? I'd hope he'd go off somewhere and a lot of the discrepancy between his current wage and next one is covered by the waiving of some if not all of any transfer. At 30 (edit: which he turns soon) you'd hope he decides to take a hit on salary for play time somewhere he'll be happy and move on.
I suspect he'll just angle for the loan so he keeps his money, subsidised by the host club, but plays. Better for us as we don't have to pay his whole salary, but not ideal.
June 2022 I believe. It would mean a very low fee, but its not like we could expect a profit on him anyway. Could well be the way forward to get him off the books. Either way, he really was not an amazing investment. How long is on his contract? This is what will probably happen. At 30 (edit: which he turns soon) you'd hope he decides to take a hit on salary for play time somewhere he'll be happy and move on.

Option three would probably lead to Brands offering him a lucrative new deal.We have 3 options
1 - We keep him
2 - Cancel his contact
3 - Hope he has an amazing Euros then some mugs buy him for £4m
Option 4 - We pay half of his wages for him to go out on loan to see out his contract like Walcott. We have 3 options
1 - We keep him
2 - Cancel his contact
3 - Hope he has an amazing Euros then some mugs buy him for £4m
Option one is not happening. We have 3 options

No one.Who will touch Tosun on the salary he is on?
I don’t think he will go to a mid table Championship team. It will probably be a Turkish side on loan for next to nothing. No one.
His best play is to get loaned somewhere where he will play, and try to drive up the value of the career-capping contract.
Trouble is, I don't know who will have him if he is having fitness problems. We could be talking mid-table Championship, which won't do much for the wage bill. Hodgson has been linked, but I'd be very surprised if he made a move.
Option one is not happening.
