Here's an idea: why dont you focus on the centre-midfiled topic?

I think Delph and Gomes will work reasonably well, but let's not sugar coat it - we're going to miss Gana dreadfully and be constantly more exposed at the back all season, unless Gbamin fits in very quickly.

They're certainly not looking like the most solid midfielders, yet between them all last season scored just 2 league goals amongst 99 games.

With goals not free flowing, can't help but think this should've been an area looked at in the summer.

I think is a bit of an overreaction. Give it a game or two. Lots of new faces that have to mesh together

I agree. Throw in the fact Gomes is more than capable of throwing in a run of form where he will have to be benched and it is a huge cause for concern. Think we're banking everything on Delph showing some quality but then you wonder how many times he will even make it onto the pitch.
